Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales of Hotel
Conference and Banqueting products, aiming to increase Novus Hotels & Resorts' revenue
A Bachelor or Diploma degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or
Preferably for those who had minimum 2 year experience in sales field.
Ability to read, write and speak Indonesian and English sufficiently for verbal
instruction and correspondence.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and strong ability to deal with
people from all levels in professional ways (good networking).
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to effectively communicate professionally with guests, associates, and
others as required for optimum operation of the property.
Ability to speak other international languages is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and Customer service skill

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to
Handle all sales and event enquiries, liaise with organizers and planners for site
arrangement and requirements
Coordinate guest’s requirements, anticipating and responding to guests needs or
requests as well as problems resolutions
Work closely with operations team to facilitate service agreed upon, and to ensure
the overall success of the event
Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for
the target market
Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
Identifying what customers want
Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized
Developing a full understanding of the business market place
